Just download our Reachaus app, select the service, let us know your area and convenient date & time. You will automatically find service providers with prices .

  • Be 18 years old at least.
  • You will have to provide a valid phone number and an email address to sign up.
  • You will need to have a smartphone as our service is only available via app.

List of all offered service on our platfor can be found here. If you don’t find your preferred service, please contact us and tell us what services you are looking for. We are constantly working on expanding our program.

Once the booking has been placed, service provider has max 30 minutes to reply to the booking. The booking remains in “Placed” status. Therefore, your contract with the service provider starts once the service has been accepted.

After the service provider has accepted the booking, you will be able to see his details and vice versa. There will also be a chat window to communicate and a phone number to exchange directly.

In most cases, service providers will bring their own tools and equipments needed for the job. Please feel free to contact us or provider directly in case of any confusions.

At the end of every job the customer will have possibility to rate the service provided by the service provider. Rating can be done in a scale of 1 to  5, where 1 is the worst and 5 is excellent service. Please be honest and if there are any problems that cannot be solved, just feel free to contact us.

Reachaus is a customer centric company and our goal is to make our customers happy. Please contact us if you couldn´t find a suitable solution with your service provider.

A custom service request is a way to ask for a service which needs more details or is a bit more complicated. For example: You want to get your bathroom tiled. You have already removed the old tiles and you did some renovation, too. Now you send a request to tile your bathroom. The request goes to everyone, who offers bathroom renovation service. Your request will include photos of the bathroom and some more details. Based on that, you will receive answers or even quotes directly from the service providers.

Currently we don’t offer online payments on our platform and hence payments must be done outside the platform in form of cash, bank transfer or any other method preferred by the service provider.

As the payments are done outside the system, invoice will be directly issued by theservice provider.


For you as a customer, Reachaus is fully free of charge.

Verified Service Provider

Each registered service provider on the platform is verified for genuineness by meeting our internal standards.

Cancellation and liability

Each service provider has clearly outlined the Rescheduing & cancellation policy. Customers can check the exact rescheduling & cancellation period within each booking in the app. In case the booking is not cancelled within the specified period, booking cannot be cancelled from the platform and service provider can issue an invoice to the customer for non-timely cancellation.

If a damage is caused by the service provider then he/she shall be  liable for damages caused. Reachaus acts as a mediator platform and is therefore not liable for any damages, loss of property or other conflicts caused by service providers or customers.
